Hello guys; new member here so please dont be harsh if this was already discussed.
What do you think about this guy; can he be a great HW if he gets in shape ?
Anybody knows when is his next fight ?

He has skills, he does just need to get into shape. Since he's escaped Cuba he's discovered freedom he's never had, and that probably includes eating and partying.

Im sorry but I think he's hopeless. He's a definition of a hypejob...

Dominich Guinn is better than him, Michael Grant's better than him...

Solis is on Owen beck's level.

I also think he's hopeless. From what I have seen, he's a mediocre fighter with less than mediocre conditioning.

Olympic boxing is about as close to professional boxing as figure skating is to ice hockey.

Agree. He's undisciplined and obese, and his skills are not as impressive as once thought. At least, from what I saw.

    He's got you there.

Odlanier had shown in his fights excellent handspeed, combination punching, and slick boxing as well as having decent power.

However, he is a fat ****, and this limits his footspeed and footwork, as he is simply not very mobile.

If he was in shape and trim 210, he could do some damage. As of right now, he is going to have trouble with any HW fighter than can move well. Chambers would give him problems for example.
Chambers despite his waist actually has very good footwork and knows how to use the ring.

Solis is shaping up to be another Olympic bust. It is sad to see a man throw away his talent.

If he was in shape he would be very good. Fast, fluid, has power, can box.

    Its a big IF, though.

As of right now, he is an overweight, undersized HW that is eating himself out of a potentially good career.

I dont understand how he cant get a team behind him that would get him in to shape. We all know he has the talent. Very few people have a chance to make a lot of money by doing what they love.
