Roy Jones never asslicks anybody. Last time he fought, Roy let on that his wider stance limited his mobility though it gave him more power, and then alluded to weaknesses in the philly shell defense that he decided he'd be better off to keep secret. If anything he doesn't talk enough, everything he says is spot on.

 

Roy calls it like he sees it and he is 10x the commentator of Kellerman, Lampley, and Merchant.

Jones a very good commentator. He always provides some great insight that only a great boxer can.

 

Roy just didn't want to toot his own horn, by relating his ability of being athletic and quick enough to jump in on that, like he did with Toney.
