    Less Americans getting into the sport. Refusal of promoters to promote EE's. It is basically a sign the sport is almost dead.

    30 years ago people weren't using streams to watch sports, the internet was just getting started guy.

    I don't mean to be insulting to you, but no one else in the world believes this is the problem. There was a time when the world's heavyweight championship was called "the richest prize in sports." Now, very few people in any country could tell you who either of the two champs is. That has nothing to do with streams, and everything to do with screwjobs, wrong guy won fights, title proliferation, etc.

    Anything younger than 28 is a young heavyweight. Physical peak in hw division is early-mid 30s possibly later in some cases.

    With more boxers taking part in more fights than 30 years ago... it seems to me, that boxing is far from dying!

    it’s because the division moves so slowly, starting with the guy at the top

    same old names too, when you pass around Whyte and Chisora and Parker constantly, there’s no room for anyone new to become a contender
