No that already happened. It was Wright v Morrison, aswell as Olusegun v McCloskey. However when McCloskey vacated his British title for his European shot Morrison was picked to step in(presumely because Olusegun v Wright happened before).

Morrison struggles with fightes who are slick or have good lateral movement.
He was even outboxed by journeyman Mihaita Mutu. To be fair to Mutu he used to be a pretty tricky task and was good enough to get a Euopean shot at Lightweight a few years back.

Morrison will be made for Olusegun, he'll come straight in and be open to Olusegun's counters and Ajose by right should look very good in this fight.

It's a must that Olusegun seriously steps up after this fight, I don't want to hear any excuses as to why he hasn't been fighting at a higher level already, as whatever genuine excuses there may be there is nothing to justify someone who was an Olympian, turned pro 8 years ago, has had 26 fights, and held the ABU and Commonwealth titles, and is 29 years of age and not fought beyond domestic level.

The only domestic fights I'd accept is David Barnes, Witter(if he wins or loses), or McCloskey(yet again whether he wins or loses).

TFFP I'm glad you remember that statement.

Something along the lines of 'Floyd is one of the best of the last 20 years, P4P no.1 etc etc.....it would be hard to pick a winner between he and Ajose' :rofl

And 'I'm not sure if Pavlik can make 154' when asked about a possible match between Ajose and Kelly :good

Big Ears we are now scheduled to face the unbeaten Don King fighter whose name I forget for the WBC title eliminator. We could not pass up the chance to win the Lonsdale belt when offered to have the opportunity to go into a world titlebfight as the combined ABU, Commonwealth and British Empire Champion.

Don't hold your breadth about David Barnes as I know it will never happen. Barnes was there at ringside in Nuumbembee's corner the night we did him and after what happened to him against Okine I doubt he will want to face any Africans. We actually thought we would get McCloskey but he gave up the belt apparently to fight for the Euro title supposedly against Junior Witter who has managed to avoid us for years. Personally I would view beating Witter as a public service.

McCloskey's not fighting Witter(he's fighting M'Baye), as Witter has got a vacant title shot against Devon Alexander.......the same unbeaten Don King fighter who you have an eliminator against ?, so eh good luck with that.

Two previous Olusegun opponents met last night, Michael Frontin surprisingly decisioned Scott Haywood, flooring him in the process.

Also Olu, Ajose wouldn't be the ABU champion going into any fight unless he regains his title first.
Do you think it's going to be hard to get an eliminator now Ajose is ranked only 6th ?

No it is not Devon Alexander am I talking about rather another guy. The guy is not American. The winner to face the winner of Alexander versus Witter. I think Frontin performance last night proved a point as these as guys Ajose has recently defeated

I can confirm that Olu is indeed in the Ajose camp and is a close adviser. Infact he was integral in advising Ajose to take up his British citizenship and pursue the British belt. I have known Olu since his days on the BBC forum and he was kind enough to inivite me (best seats in the house) when Ajose dismantled Ali Nubembe and Gary Reid! He has the inside trak on this one fellas!
