Was this as bad as the Butdee's bout? I thought my boy Wuttachai beat Gary Russell 2-1 btw, I was surprised they gave Gary the first round I'm still ****ed of because I was sure that one of these guys would've atleast gotten a bronze especially Wuttachai

 

She also scored the 91kg final last night for Tischenko & like I said is one of the dirty dozen, all of them are completely corrupt

I completely agree with you, if the judges looked at the old amateur "LSD" lead, style and defence in those close rounds then Conlan did lead, had the better style and looked the more composed of the two and probably did enough.

I can only assume they scored that solely on punches landed which to me also looked very close but the Russian did land some very soild punches throughout while Conlan punches looked a little soft and flashy and scuffed gloves, arms and shoulders.

Maybe it's me, it normally is I just have a problem sometimes with the word "robbery", nothing personal to anybody on here who called it one or uses that phrase, we are all entitled to say and think what we like but I just didn't see that as a robbery.

 

You seriously gave Savon round two of that fight?

Levit legitimately won that fight, watch it again, and in between the 3rd round and towards the end of the match, the Cuban coaches are all wngry and yelling at Savon, and Savon is all depressed and slumped knowing he didn't do enough to win the fight, I wouldn't be surprised if the bias Brits were bigging up Savon because he actually was robbed against one of their own in 2012, so they're trying to delegitimize Levit's win.

The third round was a total mugging. Russell deserved that.

 

no levitt won rd 2, and savon clearly won the first and third, but this is aiba it's corrupt, all the top trainers and pros like liam smith were in dismay over the judging, savon controlled levitt, they are well matched but they should be as they are the best two

 

This is one of the main reasons why I'm not a fan of amateur boxing horrible judges and scoring.

Nope, Levit pressured, backed up, and beat up Savon in the last round, who was mostly trying to hang on. The 'top trainers and pros' doesn't mean **** when Savon's own trainers, and Savon himself thought he lost the match.

the russell decision was bad but i dont feel that bad because i thought the thai beat hm lst round
