Sparring for Cotto II. Henry looks quite good and really similar to Cotto. It's suprising a guy with his experience can compete with Margarito in sparirng.

Omar looks ordinary as hell in there. But to Omar's credit, he really isn't turning up the heat in there. Hes just trying to move around the ring to have Margarito chase him.

He doesn't. Just because a guys stance in similar to another mans stance doesn't mean they fight or execute the same way. Omar can hit hard but he can't hold a candle to Cotto's skills.

Anyone have a copy of Omar Henry sparring Nick Diaz? The video was pulled a while back and still haven't seen it.

Massive speed difference between Cotto and Omar. As well as a stylistic perspective, Cotto executes what he does incredibly well.

Its funny, Omar won't spar Pacquaio because Pacquaio was training for Cotto but he spars with Margarito.

Stop making things up, he basically said its time for him to stat putting his career first and making a name for himfself and its simply and most importantly stricly business, nothing personal.

I'd like to see it too. I'm sure Henry goes fairly easy on Nick though.
