That tends to go away with time. Right now, because he has his head up in the air and sees everything he's gotten hit with. When he gets a big black eye and people start looping punches at that side of his head, he wont see them and the effect will become exponential. Also, lets see him have a good chin for a few more fights. Right now he seems to have a great chin.
I have absolutely no idea how a guy can train for as long as he has with what I assume are decent striking coaches, work with guys like GSP and Phil Nurse and Greg Jackson etc and never, EVER move his ****ing head when he's on his feet. As someone said before, his punches look okay, but the first ten percent of boxing is punching and the rest is learning to punch while moving your feet and your head and how to cut an angle. For all his years of pro fighting and all of his skills in grappling, how the **** can he fight like that? As for his future, it was clear on the show that he had no head movement, and if I can see it then I'm sure his coaches back home can and if they can't fix it in the time they've had then I have no idea why I'd think they would in the future. If that's the case then he'll be lucky to make it out of every fight he's in because there are tons of guys at 155 that can hit harder and with more accuracy then Johnson. He could win a lot of fights against some decent guys, but he could also lose on any given night to anyone just because they'll always know exactly where his head is.
