Ortiz has a ton of heart... He didnt fold like in the maidana fight! He became a man tonight... What a great fight. Much respect to Ortiz.. he went up to 147 and took the belt... Thats what warriors do!

Ortiz showed a lot. He has redeemed himself and his stock skyrocketed tonight. First order of business should be a Maidana rematch.

I've been backing him up even after his loss to Maidana.

The same low-life trolls that come on to knock any losing fighter, especially an undefeated one. It's not pertinent to just Americans either. These guys were never fans either.

Berto showed toughness and heart. Guy was tired by round 5 but he tried to find a way. Very game fighter. I'm proud of his effort.

    Just keep going:lol:

Make a thread about Floyd or something. You just love a winner/undefeated fighter.

    This...^

I'll admit I was on here saying Ortiz would quit or get KO'd late, but f*ck was I wrong. Ortiz deserve crazy respect! And so does Berto, he didn't fight great but he hung in there and made it very interesting. Many times I thought he was done but he kept going somehow. But this is Ortiz's night, well done sir!

Two fighters put on a fight of the year contender, both showing a ton of heart in an all-time great brawl. Yet, because they're American, some brit 'fans' are butt-hurt, too funny...

That's for sure. The young buck showed some real grit in there. That's the kind of asswhooping that takes something out of a fighter and you have to admire the kind of fighter who can withstand that kind of life altering beating.
