I hope he gets his ass kicked so we won't see a Floyd Mayweather jr vs ODLH fight in september.

 

Huge fight....that i wouldn't expect much excitement from TBH......

Still could of easily been PPV. And i think it will be suprisingly exciting. I think Hopkins will have a considerable size and power advantage which will give Joe some problems.

my point is for ODLH to NOT be on a PPV the opponent must be Manny esq.....

i.e 2 round non competitive blowout!

 

DLH-Pacquiao, despite being a mismatch due to size, would no doubt be a PPV fight.

This May 3rd fight on regular HBO is basically a commercial for his rematch with Mayweather.

 

But why do we have to sit through mayweather oscar in september when floyd should be looking at cotto.

 

DLH-Gomez wouldn't be bad neither DLH-Chavez Jr. It's certanly better than a DLH-Forbes or DLH-Malignaggi.

However Oscar needs a bigger, more legitimate name who's NOT a JWW at the moment. Zab Judah would be GREAT. Risky fight but not THAT risky, Oscar is the far bigger man. Zab would fight for a million and it would be a great undercard for Mosley-Williams. Exciting. Power vs. skills. Contrast between the two fighters. Everything. For a tune-up, you just can't find a more marketable opponent.

Because Mayweather and Cotto would rather face De La Hoya than each other, and Oscar would apparently rather face Mayweather than Cotto.

The fight wasn't gonna happen that soon with Oscar around wanting to fight one of them.

 

Its just a shame like the situation with hatton v witter I mean cotto v floyd will be worth staying up till 4 in the morning.

 

It doesn't mean it won't happen. We'll probably just to have to wait until 2009 to get it.
