huh? dude you made a thread and said maidana was an example of an overachiever who accomplished great things i simply asked what he did to garner such praise from you
How can you be this ******ed? Floyd does EXACTLY that, even if Pac has faced his fare share of over the hill opponents, SO HAS FLOYD. Floyd is also well known for draining fighters, yeah only Pac does this. ***** hypocrisy at it's finest. atsch cringe worthy stuff. Not acknowledging Pacs greatness is just silly, the same can be said about Floyd. I can't stand the guy, but he's clearly a phenomenal fighter... I just don't think he's the best of his era, and don't like his cherry picking.
Yeah MVC! trying to derail another thread... Neither Pac or Floyd are overachievers, BOTH are elite top notch fighters love em' or hate em. MVC! is just a delusional *****, the drivel he posts is beyond ridiculous... He likes to derail threads and turn them into Mayweather and Garcia scrotum worship, he's a god awful poster.
Floyd beat almost everyone relevant b4 Pac did....Hatton, Marquez (clearly), ODLH, Mosley...... Pac beat Cotto after Cotto came off a hellacious beatdown...... and was weight drained!!! He's way ahead of Pac... fact.... he's the best of this era by far. Floyd top 20-30... Pac nowhere near....
Ok back to the topic at hand, Bernard Hopkins can go down as an overachiever :bbb So can Ricardo mayorga :rasta:smoke
The only fighter Floyd has beaten more convincingly is Marquez.... Other than that in terms of mutual opponents Pac always does the better job. *****s like you were calling Cotto shot when Pac faced him, then when Floyd finally faces him all of a sudden he's a good opponent Pacs resume shits all over Floyds, not even close.... Floyds undefeated record means nothing, undefeated records are a sign of cherry picking and/or poor opposition. Although non-*****s know that Floyd isn't really undefeated.
Buster Douglas undisputed HW champion despite being little more then a gatekeeper Ricky Burns 2 weight world champion despite people thinking in his early career he'd be little more then domestic level. Arturo Gatti despite being at best B level the man is in the HOF that's over achievement.
Floyd will rank ahead in the ATG lists, everyone knows this........ Pac got knocked out by a 40 year old man...... :smoke Floyd ranks way ahead... has a way better resume...
Once read a bit on Francois Botha saying few people have accomplished what he had in boxing with so little natural talent.
