I agree DLH won clearly and that Calzaghe-Hopkins was not as clear in Hopkins favour, and I don't want to debate it here and now because I've done it to the death on this forum so if we both think differently there is no point, but I've watched the fight again and again and I believe 100% that Hopkins won the fight. Yes Calzaghe threw loads and loads and loads of little slaps, but this was all part of the Hopkins gameplan, which I think worked like a charm. He completely nullified Calzaghe, frustrated him to the point of being completely ineffective. Hopkins scored a knockdown, had him seriously staggering at the end of one of the middle rounds as well, landed every significant punch of the fight, controlled the way it went. If you look at the end of the fight, it is clear the Calzaghe gameplan failed. He never had Hopkins anywhere near trouble even once. Looking at him and his corner, they all think Calzaghe has lost. I don't believe in 'quality over quantity' all the time when it comes to scoring, but I think in this instance Hopkins was more incisive and that meant he took certain rounds over Calzaghe's ineffective chasing and hitting Hopkins's guard.

Floyd Mayweather over Diego Corrales. On paper its a GREAT win but on that night Corrales would have gotten knocked out by alot of fighters.

btw i think this is a very good win for Mayweather but just not a good as it seems due to what Corrales was going through during that time and his poor performance.

Interesting picks to go against the grain, but I actually think Kessler vs Andrade gets underrated by most. That was a thorough beating of a solid contender which will look even better (IMO) after Andrade fights Bute. He may not win, but I think he's a live dog and that Andrade will do enough that Kessler outclassing him will look better in time.
