If he beats Abraham, top 20, but likely 18-20.

Interesting, where would you put Froch in your p4p list if he beats AA?

    cheers :think

Exactly this. I take a lot of heat sometimes for not ranking Froch in my top 25 now, but I simply do not find him worthy at this point.

Doesnt work like that , that would mean Froch would be automatically number 1 in light heavies if he moved up due to beating Pascal.

I'd still love to see the justification for putting Froch over any of the following:

    - Pacquiao
    - Mayweather
    - Martinez
    - Marquez
    - Klitschko
    - Kessler
    - Ward

Forgetting about the other dozen or so guys who also have solid resumes and arguably could be in the top 10.

If Froch wins really convincingly, I wouldn't complain if someone else put him at the back end of their top 10, but those seven guys would all need to be ahead of him. Personally, I'd have him around the back end of the top 20. And if he wins convincingly, it would be his first convincing win over a top level opponent.

I'd love to see the justification for putting Kessler/Ward anywhere near the top 10.

I wouldn't have them in my top 10 either, which is part of the reason I'd probably have Froch in the 18 - 20 range.

What the **** is Ward doing on that list? :nut

A headbutting cheat who's never left his back garden and who's only win came against a blind kessler infront of handpicked judges and ref?

Ward's Resume vs Froch's Resume please you ****ing lunatic...

    This ought to be interesting.

this is ****ing stupid. the pascal he beat then was just as good as the pascal that beat dawson. how ? well after getting his ass kicked he moved up in weight and became the number 1 lhw sso he obviously wasnt that bad then. and not beating taylor as convincingly as abraham ? they both ko'd him in the last round and who has martinez fought bunema, cintron, williams, pavlik pretty even compared to pascal, taylor, dirrell, kessler

if he beats abraham he's clearly top 10 p4p anyone thinks otherwise is delusional

    1. Pacquiao
    2. Mayweather
    3. Martinez
    4. Wlad
    5. JMM
    -----------

Going beyond that is useless. I'm sticking to grading them according to their level of performance: B+ to A-, B+, B to B+, B, B- to B...etc.

Kessler just beat Froch (or at worst fought even with him), and Ward just whooped Kessler. Without homerism, there isn't an argument to put Froch above those two on any list. I can't with good conscience put Ward on my top 10 because he only has one very good win. But if you look at their actual resumes, you'll notice that Ward's second best win (Miranda) is actually the same guy as Abraham's second best win.
