Pac man already peaking!

    Over at scene of boxing , it states that Pac man is already peaking and they are making sure they take it light from now on.....

    I am not a boxer but what does peaking mean and when does a body peak

    Is it a bad thing to peak too early

    where it performs at its best
    before it starts declining from over-training

    I think they are saying the same thing in the Hatton camp too so both are taking it a little easier from now on.
