The way Cotto and Pac fight the fight wont last long and it would be Pac laid out. Cotto is all around the better fighter. If it ever happened it wouldnt go past the halfway mark.
yh but i'm not just talking height i just feel cotto power and body assault would be to much for pac. it's my just my views on a fight and the only way to change my opinion is by pac getting in the ring with cotto and doing a number on him which might happen if he beats oscar on december 6th. i like to see them fight because it would be an exciting fight while it lasted.
Manny should go back to LW where he really belongs and retire. As a Pacfan, I am realistic about the limits of Manny's capabilities.
Pac would get hurt against Cotto. He's not a defensive fighter (which is what scares me about the Oscar fight) and him taking body shots from Cotto will be too much for Manny to handle Cotto by KO
Look, I understand how you must support your man, but this is just absolutely ridiclious. You're right, Manny Pacquiao will not lose heart late on, because he wouldn't see past 5 rounds against Cotto. Are you people completely insane? Pacquiao is a lightweight, at best, and even Hatton at 140, would stop Pacquiao - but much later. Cotto is a supremely skilled fighter, and is one of the hardest hitters at 147. Not concussive, but hits far far far harder than Juan Manuel, who hurt him at super featherweight. Pacquiao fans, try and look forward to the Hoya fight, but for everybody else, stop building Pacquiao up as competitive at 147. He won't be competitive with any top 10 Welter, including Cintron.
