    Pacquiao weighed OVER the contracted weight limit against the already smaller and slower fighter, Singsurat.

    The underdog from Thailand AGREED to fight anyway, despite having another disadvantage.

    that was 19 year old pacman taking a dive, nothing wrong with that, he was poor he needed the money, no like those american fighters who have everything since they are born.
