Pacman, overrated?

    He still has yet to fight a slick fighter..

    BUT, he's sparred many a times with slick fighters at wildcard gym.

    he's SLIGHTLY overrated in that sense though.

    Pacquiao is not overrated. He's a top 3 atg guaranteed and after he loses to Floyd, he'll become GOAT because it doesn't matter if you win, as long as you go out there and fight.

    That's why Oscar is so great because he didn't be everybody, he just fought them

    There is nothing overrated about Pacquiao. His fans overrate his greatness, but Pacquiao can truly fight.

    he fought all the top dogs at the lower weights while avoiding slick fighters. will he ever stop fighting mexicans?

    Funny how people always say slick and black american like there exclusive of other possibilities. There have been alot of slick latin fighters, it's just unlike black american fighters who tend to fight at range with exagerated movements, the latin fighters just slip punches while staying in the fray. If making your opponent miss by an inch isn't slick I don't know what is.

    ABSOLUTE WELTERWEIGHT BEAST let alone his 7 other division titles.

    Sadly he is underrated because he is not African American.

    (My intention is not to turn this thread into a "take the test" thread)
    This may be in fact stand as a strike AGAINST pac historically...

    People laughed because there was no way that pac SHOULD have been able to do that. It is exactly this fact that has drawn so much credibility to the theory that Pacquiao may be using performance enhancers.

    It will be interesting to see twenty years after his career weather he is viewed as a cheat or as the first person to do what he did in our sport.
    Will his legacy have an asterisk, or will he be revered as a phenom in boxing.

    Pac ducked Mexican, Humberto Soto, and Mexican-Juan Diaz.
    Pac only fought Old has-been Mexican and ducked the tough prime Mexicans.
