NSAC just had a hearing, they concluded that what they have in place is sufficient. What Pac originally offered goes way beyond what NSAC requires. Blood testing is unnescessary.

Same as Marion Jones (who escaped USADA detection), both got away because the substance he used was undetectable. Do you know of any undetectable PED (except for A-side meff) from urine test, that Pac could use in 14 days, that would be beneficial in his preparation for a fight? If you do, I'm all for random blood test.
