that was no contract. it was a verbal deal... the official fight contract which is already signed by pacquiao is now with hatton.

there's a rumour that arum will provide pac the 2% from his own pocket maybe, but hatton will still get 50%.

that view, still 50-50. fight is on therefore

No, the latest one Arum offered Pac was 52/48. The last one that Team Hatton agreed was 50/50 according to his lawyer last night.

hmm.... so, the fight contract says 50/50 but pac in reality will still get 52% courtesy of arum providing the 2%. that still means pac will receive more money than hatton in this fight.

but arum was also quoted as saying that he doesn't need to shell out his own money for this fight. and that pac is contented with the terms of the fight contract... :huh

Arum: minus 2% of his share

According to the Hatton camp it stayed 50/50.Pacquiao must`ve accepted the extra bung ontop from Bob Arum to bring it to 52/48.Plus 3 bottles of beer.

Let's stop speculating on the details of the "current" contract Team Hatton has on their hands right now. Let's just all hope that it gets signed by Hatton and thus the contract finally becomes a done deal and we all wait for May 2! :good

Actually the contract says it 52/48 on Pacquiao's term. Also Arum adding $1.5m purse to Pac to be at least a 55-45 look.

I read Arum upped Pacs guarantee and the split stayed at 50/50? How the final split ends up depends on how well the fight does.

Let's say tickets are sold from $300(x thousands) - $12000(x thousands) + Live Screen consisting of range $200 (x thousands) + PPV amount(not by number of buys but number of sales) + advertisement + international PPV sales + a network payment(HBO) + international rights to show the program on local channels + sanctioning bodies shares + betting companies

Maybe around 10% to 20% more of their corresponding fighter... that what would Top Rank and GBP will get.
