What are the chances that Pacman can pick up a middleweight title if he wanted to?

that would be hard for Pac and dont think it will happen but i think he could win a title at 154 if he wanted,Spinks is there for the taking but he has better challenges at welter.

I used Sylvestor because hes the weakest title holder in the division and small for the division, plus he doesnt have crazy power like Abraham.

It would be funny to see Pac win titles in 5 of the original 8 weightclasses even if he took the easy path to get it.

Calm down, seriously. Did you sleep? The correct spelling if you are referring to the IBF MW champion is Sebastian Sylvester.

Middleweight? Pac was getting tagged last night and I know Cotto can dig but if a real middleweight hit him. Well, it's a step to far.

    He'd win comfortably.

Welters jumping up to middle has been done many times before. I don't think there many examples of such a huge disparity in class between the welter and middle.

I'm sure Cotto hits harder than a lot of light punchers at MW. I can see him taking a title from a very weak and beating some JMW. Alfonso Gomez showed to be non existent against Cotto, same Gomez who gave Manfredo a very tough fight, Manfredo who gave lacy a tough fight.lol.

Manny said in post fight interview 154 is too big for him

but 150 catchweight roach can puch for tht

or a 155 catchweight middleweight lol possible, but 144 did seem ok for manny

Why don't we put Pacman into the super 6 threads then?

It's nothing to do with the comparing Cotto & Sylvester's power. It's the fact that Pacquiao has reached his limit. You think he retains the same level of speed and energy if he goes all the way up to 160? **** that. Of course he doesn't.
