How would Manny had done if he fought in Armstrongs day, back when there was only ONE champion per division, back when they were fewer weight classes, back when fighters fought more than once in a month, something unheard of now, and with smaller gloves than today. Look at the number of pro bouts Armstrong had. So to me what Henry Armstrong accomplished was even more impressive. I'm sure Pac is flattered to be compared to him.
