Tested by vada for both rios and Algieri. I believe tested by nsac using wada labs for Bradley 2, similar to marquees bout with Bradley. All 3 randoms, but yeah against bradley handled by nsac, so... Not vada or usada. Though they used wada labs. Protocol I'm not sure how it differs from vada.
VADA differs greatly from USADA. USADA/WADA actually allows up to a 4:1 ratio where VADA allows zero. If your on any roids, it will be detected under VADA because they test for any synthetic steroids, again unlike USADA/WADA. Between Floyd and Pac, Pac is the only one whose passed the CIR test.
They say he tested VADA against Rios and Algieri but NO 24/7 video footage at all ANYWHERE :think FACT! So basically trust me and the people I paid to vouch for me that I took the test in Macao only. Irrelevant and suspended as he shoulder be. No excuses or anything but lets not say rios was busted for steroids, what he took was lets say, a very strong stimulant. Heck for a long time a few years ago the substance was in general pre workout drinks you could buy.. it got banned a few years ago though, not because it has 'steroid' effects but because it was deemed unsafe. I took it in a pre workout drink a few years back, the difference was it just gave you crazy focus and energy. I could be wrong, but i'd assume if he took this on purpose it'l of been because the fight was in the morning. What he took though was no steroid.

Just because there's no video of Manny getting tested in the Rios fight it doesnt mean it didnt happen, you do know HBO cuts videos based on what they want to show right? Because with your reasoning, Floyd hasnt been tested by USADA because theres no coverage coming out.
