    P4P is only based on H2H

    so that also means Cotto isnt the #1 154lb fighter in the world but Lara is.

    If they can fight in the weight class, the better 154lb issue can be settled by a match. P4P Cotto is better because of his prior accomplishments. If they had equal accomplishments, then a match will settle both questions of who is better P4P and at 154 lbs.

    by that logic, we should rank the klitschkos as the top boxers since they would kill all the other boxers head to head.
