pacquiao is overrated. he fought someone who wasn't a slow stationary target and looked like complete garbage against a fighter who looked like complete ****. he's not shot, he's not slowing down. he just fought someone with decent speed and was too dumb to know how to cut off the ring. :patsch

depends how you rate him if you rate him as the GOAT then yes, but most rate him as on of the greatest (top 20) which is where he belongs. he fought an opponent who didnt want
    to fight

The thread title should be, "Pacquiao is overrated (by some)".

Like almost any boxer, he is overrated by a small majority on this forum.

Pac is indeed overrated. I agree with you. He fought someone who was not stationary and lost the fight. Mosley won by shutout. Shane even knocked Pac at the 10th round and made pac the most overrated man in *****s' book of ***s.

Good. Now tell Floyd that Pac is actually overrated and doesn't know how to cut off the ring. Floyd might find his balls if he learns that Pac is overrated.

He must be overrated. He can lopsidedly dominate and scare Floyd's best opponent in years and still disappoint everyone.

Could it be because Shane is 77 years old?

Pacquiao proved once again he is a catch weight draining cherry picking boxer. In this case he picked Shane Mosley for no reason when he could have given a couple of other fighters a match. But no, he picks a hall of fame boxer who is only fighting for a pay check now...
