Pacquiao vs Hatton PPV

what do you think the figures for this fight will be? (US) bearing in mind

marquez/pacquiao did 500,000 (pacquiao's highest before DLH)

mayweather/hatton: 800,000 (hattons first PPV in US)
1.4million (UK)

 

I'm guessing around 800K for U.S.

 

Around 700k in America, possibly reach 1 mil. Bearing in mind the economy at the moment.

 

i don't see how this does 1mill. which is about what pac/DLH did

 

i would say somewhere between 500,000 and 600,000

i can't see it doing more then mayweather vs hatton, but it will be slightly more then marquez/pacquaio

 

700,000 to 800,000 buys.

And thats being optimistic. i think it will be more around 600,000

 

For US numbers I'd say about 500K

 

For US I am going to say 750k

I do know that DirecTV is promoting the hell out of the fight they have sent me several things in the mail and email about ordering the PPV so that may make a difference to the casual fan.

The British PPV will be around the 1m mark, perhaps just over.

Less people are going out partying every weekend, so will just go round to a friends house and contribute the cost between them.

 

Isn't in sad that only something like 1.5 million buys for one of the fights of the decade....PPV has killed boxing

 

DLH-Pacquiao 30 second PPV commercials were everywhere leading up to that fight.
Haven't seen any for this one yet. But all the marketing muscle goes behind DLH fights.

I'd have to estimate 600k for this one.

 

However the build up is not even the same league as mayweather v hatton in the UK, not ven close, i doubt it does 1 mil, probably 800k in UK it will do i'd guess, maybe hit a mil
