I believe it was the way Pac taped his hands that was considered a rule infraction. I don't quite remember the process. But I clearly remember hearing E. Steward calling it an illegal procedure. Anyway, I'm confident with Nazim's judgment. He's not the kind of guy who will let any kind of blip on the radar go unnoticed.
