Looking at the development of hyped prospects who make the transition from Amateur to the Pro ranks , Anyone of the same thinking nowadays the hype created by a padded record and fighting sub standard opposition is giving fighters a flawed progression aswell as worrying about protectiong their O , Tom Stalker Brad Saunders and more recent Paul Buttler untill he fought Tete , After the initial half a dozen fights to warm to the pro ranks they should be fighting live opponents with a similar record instead of continually facing Latvian Stiffs for false progression , Thoughts ????
Fighters records are padded partly due to the fact so many casuels and the media count losses badly against fighters now, in years gobe by losses early in a career were not considered that bad and were learned from now its the end of the world if a prospect losses.
I can see why promoters want to protect the '0'. There is more excitement and more interest in an undefeated fighter. A big part of Mayweather's financial success has come down to his ability to sell himself as unbeaten.
Tbh hes fought everybody put infront of him through the process of becoming a WC , Porter after he beat Alexander and Malignaggi was the baddest man on the planet and Brook Schooled him in my opinion
Nobody pad record like some Thai fighter. Look at Noknoi record, 52 win in a row with almost nobody you heard of.
are the records as padded has your shorts for when you land on your **** Steve? Now don't come back with boring **** like padding in my tummy lol:good
He's in a great position having fought a huge number of poor fighters. He could get a mayweather shot this year having just entered the world stage getting a great win.
