Sounds like plantarfasciatis (spelt wrongly i know). theres not alot else in that are f the foot unless you have broken a ray.And its a running specific injury. You prob pronate too much and are wearing the wrong shoes to run in. Go see a good physio to have it looked at. online diagnosis isnt a good bed.lol

Damn!! That's exactly what I was going through a month ago!!! I bought better running shoes and lightened my training for a couple of weeks, it's getting better now. Good Luck!

Sure sounds like Plantar Fasciitis. I've dealt with it.

Arch supports help. Never stepping out of bed barefoot helps. I keep my Birkenstocks next to bed. Stretching like a yogi helps. Rolling a cold juice can under your arch helps.

It sucks, but can be overcome.

That's exactly it. It happens alot to people that are beginners or people back from a break from boxing.
The arches of your feet are just not used to supporting all your weight while training and get sore like any other body part, except this is one that you will notice more cause you use them to walk.
Stretch your feet out, rub them down, maybe take some advil, and then keep working out and it will go away.

Your humors are out of balance, and your planetary aura is compromised. I recommend leeches and trepanning.
