:think:think One of the few mythical matchups that i cant decide on. This is about a pickem as it gets. Although an old timer friend(who co owned the mains st gym) of mine who was around both of these guys training camps in their primes,and insists that Cuevas would have whupped him.

 

i couldn't see even tommy hearns stopping palomino.matchmaker mickey duff dropped a huge bollock when he brought palomino over to fight john h stracey.

 

Palomino by decision or late tko. Carlos was better overall,I think.

 

And what exactly does that have to do with how Carlos would do against Pipino?

 

Wonder if Duran has ever voiced his opinion being he beat both of them.
