His chin is not solid. The hits hardly hit flush, and he still went down like a bag of potatoes.

Abraham/Miranda was nice, Marquez/Lorenzo was amazing too. It's a great night.

well i cant lie i wanted mirranda to win this fight becasue i obviously feel that he won the first fight but was concerend the it more likely was mainly due to the broken jaw sufferes early in the first fight. i knew he had heart, now i know that he has a punch

Just a loss...A big one but that's the way it goes in the sport of boxing....Hopefully he bounces back and is able to give some more exciting fights. He may never be elite but I think he still has some big wins left in him....Time will tell.

Anyway, big fan of Miranda and I'm def not making any excuses.

I'm not really trying to attack or hate on Miranda's fans.. I just wanted to hear their honest thoughts on what happened to him tonight.. I don't dislike any of them just because their a fan of Miranda nor have I called any of them names.. They talked all this **** about Abraham, but I never onced talked **** about Miranda.. But like I said, I just wanted to hear their opinions on what happened to their fighter, but it seems they're all missing as of the moment, but I do appreciate you answering the questions.. :thumbsup

You think he can still get a fight with Kessler after getting KO'd tonight?

I dont know what fight you were watching, but those shots were as flush as they get. The first shot which got him was beatifully timed, Abraham landed a lead right right on the chin while Miranda was getting ready to throw, its the punches you dont see coming that do you in. That was masterful, beautifully executed.

Not without some serious rebuilding and to be honest, after this loss, his confidence could be shot. He's stepped up with two elite fighters and the results been the same. Lot of self doubt could creep in and as ya know, with a boxer, that's not good.

But in boxing, you're always one big win away from getting right back in the mix so who knows?

I think Miranda should just go back to the drawing board. Keep working and refining his skills.

Then i obviously misunderstood your statement. But i am a Miranda fan, just like i am a fan of many other boxers, thats why i love the sport. I never talked any trash about Abraham, or any fighter really, in fact i hadnt even seen their first fight until today, so i was actually looking foward to seeing Arthur live, and measure up how he would match up with Pavlik.

ps: If you would have directed your post to specific users or Miranda's nutthuggers you wouldn't have heard from me at all :yep

It's all good.. It's nice to hear the opinion from an honest Miranda fan though.. But yeah, the post was kinda' aimed toward those who trashed Abraham.. :D
