Past fighters nutrition habits?

    We'll say 1910 to 1950. Probably not much info out there about this so i'm wondering if any hardcore followers can tell me. I think fighter from eras past had the edge in quality food. They werent eating like we do today. Food probably came relatively local sources. Anybody that knows please let me know, any fighters daily diet
