He only likes to call out the top guys, not actually fight them.

When was he ever offered a fight with Clottey? If I'm not mistaken, Clottey's promoter has stated that he has no interest in working with Paul Williams

"After the terrible experience I was subjected to by Paul Williams, his camp and advisor in connection with a (Kelly) Pavlik fight, I have absolutely no intention whatsoever to be involved in any fight with Mr. Williams.
"Accordingly, your proposal is in all respects rejected and I would request that you do no contact me again regarding Mr. Williams."

They couldn't. Arum refuses to work with Williams.

    How could they fight?

How so? Arum said he doesn't want anything to do with Williams and told Goosen not to contact him about anything that deals with Williams.

I think Williams can give Pavlik a run for his money. I would still favor Pavlik however.

Hopkins gave future opponents of Pav a blueprint of how to beat him and I think PTP is able enough to execute a similar game plan.

I agree to an extent. PW's head movement isn't like BHOP and his skill level is WAY below Hopkin's.
