Gotta be the next best match-up at middleweight but who wins?

I reckon Pavlik will have to be more careful against Abraham 'cos he's got way more KO power than Taylor but probably not the skills

abraham is bare small 5'10 vs a man who is 6'2

thats a big difference when arthurs main weapon is a right hand which usually has to go striaght if it goes up more than 3 inches then it loses power this is a boxing training fact that you go to the body if the head is to high...

    but arthurs left hook!!!!

Pavlik UD, unless the fight is in Germany. With the reach difference, Pavlik keeps him on the end of his jab all night long.

Who's saying Pavlik KO though? Abraham has a rock solid chin.

There is no reason Pavilk would fight in Germany. He's got the leverage now.

Abraham is a lazy fighter who relies and a crappy tortoise defence that Pavlik would rip apart. Abraham would be left on the canvas drooling

Abraham's a tough ******* who I think will be stronger down the stretch, he should be able to counter Pavlik who's not terribly difficult to find. As a puncher Pavlik is a little overrated, not his power so much as his hand speed, the fact he punches fairly wide, often arm punches, etc... his best asset is his power which is neutralised by Abrahams toughness (I also think Abraham will have an easier time hurting Pavlik). Aside from that there's nothing about Pavliks offence i'm to worried about aside from workrate, if he was a better mover i'd be more worried since those angles would be what you need to break open Abrahams defence.

He could outwork Abraham, but I think Abraham will eventually stop him late. Taylor matches up better with Abraham in my opinion, as long as he keeps his head together.

Pavlik would win. Abraham has too much barrage and fights too inactively. Kelly just has it all. He is able to floor Miranda or Taylor with similar fashion.

Even though im an Abraham fan, right now if I were to make a decision on who would win, the logical choice would be Pavlik. With that said, I think Abraham would put up a better effort than Taylor or any other middleweight out there today. I would say the fight would be a %60-%40 split in favor of Pavlik.

Abrahams superior foot work is his winning factor.
Pavliks work rate would be his winning factor.

:? - no, not even close...footwork was never an advantage for Abraham.

AA's punching power plus Pavlik's leaky defence would be the winning factor for Abraham.
