    My Son Just Looked At That Autograph Signing Photo And Saw That Kelly Is Writing With His Left Hand..Did He Hurt His Hand Or Is He Converted? No Wonder He Hits So Hard With Both Hands!!

    I'm almost positive I heard somewhere that he is ambidextrous, and not left handed. Could be mistaken though. Anyone know for 100% sure?

    Jezz, don't you guys listen to me! I've probably mention 6 times in the last few months leading up to this fight & probably even before the Miranda fight that KP is a natural left hander, who in ambitrexous & learned to fight orthodox. What I don't know is why he did it. Did Kelly just start off that way cause it felt comfortable or did someone influence him to fight righty? I'd like to ask him that question one day...

    Not really.

    DLH, Barrera, Cotto, Gerry Cooney, Liston, just to name a few, were all left-handers who fought/fight orthodox. Its a theory some trainers have thats its a big advantage to get your strong hand up front (seen as it does most of the work) - you have to have a good cross with your weaker hand though (like say, Pavlik) or you end up basically a one-armed fighter like Cooney.
