Pavlik vs Espino , What a great fight!:happy Just what a thought it was going to be a slugfest.:bbb Hopefully now Pavlik vs Williams can be made :good And Pavlik can to start to clean out 160 pounders like Golovkin, Pirog, Macklin and Hassan N'Dam' Jikam or my dream fights of Pavlik fighting Duddy and Mora will happen:thumbsup

What is it with you and Pavlik fighting Duddy & Mora? They are both terrible.

Let him fight Hassan Jikam in a couple of years and Pavlik will get his arse handed to him.

He'll have his hands full with Golovkin aswell.

Pavlik should be 'fighter of 2009' after last nights performance.

While that is certainly true, how many fighters at 160 are as slick as BHop?

No way in hell Sturm would take this fight. Unless it was Germany.

Paul Williams or Winky Wright would school Pavlik. Pavlik is a straight forward fighter who cannot fight going backwards. He is a pressure face first fighter who gives you every opportunity to him him. A slick counter puncher or volume puncher will knock him out. Calzaghe, Williams, Wright, Hopkins, Dawson, Bute, all fighters who would make Pavlik look like amateur. I don't even think Pavlik vs Williams would be competitive, they can make the fight but Pavlik would lose to Martinez or Wright so Williams already has beaten superior fighters.

If Pavlik has the balls theres one fighter who should fight him late 2010, Arthur Abraham. I believe Abraham would be the anti-thesis to everything that is Pavlik and known him out within the first 6 rounds. Abraham has great defense, great timing, more power than Pavlik, quicker hands than Pavlik, better technical skills than Pavlik, and a better chin. Any man who can fight with a broken jaw as a middle weight obviously cannot be knocked out even at heavyweight probably. The only fighter with a better chin than Abraham would be James Toney.

Pavlik needs to fight either Sturm or Williams. Failing this, he should just move up to SMW. He won't be able to keep making 160lbs for much longer so its inevitable he will move up sooner or later!

There's no point in Pavlik fighting Duddy. He would beat upon him. Duddy gets hit too much, plain & simple!

Saw that in your crystal ball, did you?

N'Dam N'Jikam is nothing but a talented prospect at this stage.
