    Indeed.

Pavlik may have the better boxing skills overall, but he's gonna' have to be able to hurt Abraham.. Abraham went through the whole first fight with a broken jaw against Miranda, took a lot more shots to his already broken jaw, and still pulled out the win.. In the rematch, he let Miranda tee off on him against the ropes, but it didn't seem to bother Abraham all that much.. Pavlik has power, but it's more accumalative while Abraham has that one punch KO power.. I could probably see Abraham taking some of Pavliks best shots, but I don't know how Pavlik will take Abrahams..

I like all 3 fighters but I think Kessler beats both AA & KP also.

That's what I base my opinion on, Abraham has more one punch KO power and a better chin, he's taken Miranda's best shots with a broken jaw while Pavlik was visibly shaken by Zuniga (a big hitter though) and Taylor (a guy with only above average power).

It's going to be a war so boxing ability doesn't come into it much, I don't think it would be either guys strategy to outbox their opponent for 12 rounds, so really the things that come into it for me are power, chin, defence and counter punches. I think Abraham has the edge in all of these departments.

Both Miranda and Abraham throw wide looping shots and are left wide open all the time when they do that...Pavlik doesn't have the best defence in the world, but he compensates by being quite active, varying his shots often and throwing straight shots down the pipe !

I understand people being impressed with Abraham but I'm far from convinced his the real deal at 160 ! Maybe Pavlik just sees it the same way I and others do..

Pavlik can with this fight with volume but if he leaves his chin hanging out he could get starched.

I agree with what you say, with AA's looping hooks Pavlik can get to him with straight right, but there's no way Pavlik can avoid Abraham's big shots for the full 12, not with that defence. He's been shaken by Taylor, is Abraham catches him he might not get back up.

No surprise there in those words but Kelly should consider Miranda's words that he was 100% prepared for this one ( and only 50% for the first fight) and "for some reason" AA was very, very strong. Kelly has a good outside game and puts out lightning fast and heavy combos but he should consider that AA can hurt him pretty bad exploding out of his shell with fast bursts of right hands and left hooks... And Pantera didn't put his chin out there - he was cautious, high guard and blocking, but that right hand broke his guard and the left hook had his legs weakened... If Kelly doesn't fight according to what he should have learned, hey, the chin anatomy or morphology of Kelly is not that different from Miranda's.

Pavlik is pretty much, what you see is what you get. I think he is just saying Abraham wasn't as impressive as Miranda was careless. Just my take on it.

Maybe. It would be foolish to underestimate him though.

What a stupid freakin thing to say. The guy resorts to throwing haymakers from the floor. You know jack **** about boxing. Anyone that thinks a fighter is more polished swinging like a windmill vs a straight punching fighter is a fool.

When ever I see a fighter for the 1st time, naturally you wanna see what kinda jab he has, but more importantly, what his right hand looks like. 1st time I saw Pavliks right hand 4 years ago I knew he'd become Champion. AA is a damn joke! Pavlik will destroy his midget ass.
