Has anybody else got any problems with their pay per view for the hatton mayweather fight i ordered it 5 days ago and i put it on and i saw some interviews but now the channel just says press select to order and when i do it takes me into my planner i cant get it on any suggestions?
It all depends what u got, the cable company i had (Cox) did that but once u press "select' itll take u to the event , oh and it wont charge u again
I assume you're talking about Sky Box Office? It's working fine for me. Which one did you purchase? One of them is a HD version (channel 756). The normal version is on channel 755. If you aren't getting it on either then I would suggest giving them a call.
im on sky box office, it came on at 11 and the menu box stayed up , 5 mins later the fight went off and it shows up in the calendar but when i press to go into the fight it just says press select to order, im watchn the normal version on channl 755, i keep ringin sky but they say that they are busy, im very pissedoff!!!
Yeah thats happened to me I went on sky box office 755 and their is a blank screen and won't come on. What do I do.
iv finally got it in in the last 20 min been tryin to get through to sky they said that sometimes the orders for the fight dont get authorised completely and they have to switch it on at their end, hope u have managed to get it on anyway m8.
