Just seen that he got a win against Tate which I never knew. I know him from getting battered by Roy Jones. Was he any good?

He was .Pretty talented .Was beating up Lamar Parks before Parks came back and stopped him.
Lost to a Bernard Hopkins by decision.
Had alot of potential but was inactive alot .
He boxed at my gym when i was young .

Jones really trounced him. The fight could have doubled as a RJJ highlight reel as Roy threw and landed shots from every angle and they all hurt Harris.

He certainly didn't look much in that fight but he was competitive with Hopkins and Parks and beat an undefeated Thomas Tate so he must have been competent enough.
