Just got sweet pea's career set and have nearly finished it over the last week. I had always heard about how good Whitaker was and had seen a few of his fights but was waiting to get his career set to really study him as a fighter. After watching him no doubts in my mind that he was a great fighter but how great was he? Where do you guys feel Pernel Whitaker stands amongst the pound for pound greats? Where would you rank him amongst fighters of the last 50 years? Was he the best fighter of the 90's? How do you think at his prime as a welterweight he'd do against Leonard, Duran and Hearns? Whitaker vs Aaron Pryor in their primes, how does it go?

Top 10 best fighters of all time,Defensive genius,Best fighter on the planet from the late 80s to mid 90s..
He was at his best at lightweight
Sweet Pea vs Duran at lightweight is my ultimate dream fight,I dont think he was as good at welterweight but still brilliant
Against Sugar Ray-Id favour Ray in a close fight on points
Duran-The Duran that beat Sugar Ray the first time might just beat him but any version after that and Sweet Pea wins
Hearns be a tough fight due to the hitmans size
I think he would outslick Pryor but it would be a hard fight..
