Peter Fury must be the best trainer in the U.K as he transformed Tyson Fury to be p4p 1 male fighter in the U.K and has transformed Savannah Marshall to be the p4p number 1 female fighter in the UK if not the world. What's peoples thoughts ?

I’d probably personally see Josh Taylor as the best P4P in the UK

How do you explain Hughie if that's the case?

    Knows his onions though

Tyson looked better than ever under sugar hill! Peter Fury was long gone by then. Not taking anything away from Peter, it takes a great fighter to stand out above the crowd. I may get some flack for this, but as much as the trainer can influence the fighter and improve him, the fighter plays a bigger role. There are many fighters past and present that would be equally as good no matter who trains them. Just look at the amateurs, there are some brilliant trainers out there that no one will ever know about. Just as good as some of the marquee name trainers that we see on the tv. The only difference is that the marquee name trainers have marquee name fighters.

Big fan of Peter, if I was a pro he's the person I'd want as my trainer.

Only critiscm would be that his fighters seem to struggle a straight right, I think that's down to having the hands quite low a lot of the time but it's something I've noticed.

I can only think of three fighters he has trained long-term, Tyson, Hughie and Savannah. 2 are the best in their divisions in the world and the other has win a British title and was very unlucky not to win a world title. Some success that with 3 fighters.

Sugar Hill has added to Tysons game 100%, but no doubt if he was with Peter, he would gave added to it too. Remember when he took Tyson on, his balance was poor, defence was leaky and his jab was decent. Peter taught him how to fight southpaw, switch hit, improved his balance and fitness no end, got him to stage he was very hard to hit with great head movement and a world class elite jab. He went from being big underdog in a proposed fight with Price to beating Klitschko in Germany under Peter. The transformation in Tysons skills were night and day.

Marshall left the money team and a lucrative contract to train with uncle peter. That says it all

It is a little known fact that "moog" is a Gaelic word roughly equivalent to "fury."

I agree there isnt much competition for her, which is a shame as she is outstanding.
