Not entirely true, When James Toney tested Postive after beating Ruiz, The commission and the WBA requested he get a note from the Dr and he would remain the champion.

Problem is Toneys Dr didnt prescribe him ****, and wasnt going to lie for him thats why he was stripped and it was turned to a NC.

in other words there may be hope he does have a Dr note

To become a doctor you either pass the board exam or you don't? No?

To me the question is what are his testosterone levels now? Are they abnormally high? If so yes he is at an advantage and he should be consequented. If his levels are normal, than it is a legitimate medical intervention with no advantage. He is simply now on an even playing field.

    Just sayin

    Your point?

The course work is harder and more in depth, they have the exact same responsibilities and are certified by the same boards. One isn't less than the other.

Personal wealth? I can't find a hard number but it seems Lamont wasn't all THAT low and what is considered normal is based on a lot of factors and his number would be considered low if it dropped from a higher number which the doctor would not have known. If Lamont had a legit use he should have reported it and got an exemption. That is as much a problem now that he didn't declare this when he should have? Why didn't he declare it? My guess is he really didn't need it for medical reasons.

i might be inclined to agree here. . . it's the same with law schools - some are harder to get in, but you all have to pass the same BAR to be certified.

Due to the exposure of this case, that clinic will probably be folding and the doctor opening up another practice.

He said he ordered a battery of tests before he saw Lamont. I wonder if this was at his clinic? If so then he could be having some explaining to do.

No, because of Pavlik's drinking problems the haters love to paint everyone in town as a drunk. So, that was a joke for the haters to jump on.

If you look at his letterhead he also does hyperbaric treatments, which I KNOW is basically quack medicine...not good
