What kind of punch output did Holiday have in his prime? What other fighters besides the usually mentioned types like Armstrong have a output comparable to his?
Hmm...not sure, Russell. He had a frenetic workrate for sure. All of Harold Volbrecht's guys were beautifully conditioned, always ready to go 12 rounds, with the glaring exception of Corrie Sanders who some say was barely ever in the gym. Bit of useless information...a friend of mine was knocked out by Holliday in the amateurs. First round too. When younger, I had sparred many times with this friend of mine, and he was a top-class fighter. That knockout loss seemed to take a lot out of him though.
