I can't even remember an instance where a hometown fighter clearly won the fight and got robbed like this. Another blow to an already very weak division.. Phillips will hold the belt hostage.

I think Spinks should protest this fight ... if other officials watch this fight again there's concrete proof that Spinks won ... Phillips landed a few solid punches but never followed through with anything ... it was just a punch every now and again ... everytime Spinks fought back.

Spinks didn't have to fight for the crowd like this. I hate seeing this. Fighters should focus on winning, period.

Fans put money in their pockets, fine... but still, hate seing that no one appreciates a good defensive fighter.

Boxing is really like Jazz, the better it is the less people like it.

    I feel sad for Spinks.

Spinks wasn't fight his typical fight ... he was actually fighting and taking just as much as he was giving.

    Holy ****.

Even if it was a bad decision, this ends Cory's dominance in the Light Middleweight division.

    I didn't see the fight.

This seems an odd decision. Spinks is the King fighter AND in his hometown.

    What's up?

Nah, even if there is a fighter who have recieved gifts, it doesn't help when they are robbed also. The guy who wins a fight needs to be given the goddamn decision, or the sport has no integrity.

Spinks won 117-111 on my card, this was pure horse****. Even if you don't like Cory, it's not fair for anybody to be robbed when they legitimately win a fight, this also robs people who get income off of betting on a fight, in my case. I didn't bet on this one, but had I done it, I would have surely bet a good bit on Spinks and he DID win, it's not as if anybody picked Spinks in the wrong and had to pay for it.

Horrid judging makes Spinks have a ridiculous L on paper and robs whoever put down cash on this fight in good judgement from their payout.

**** that ****, if you think a robbery should EVER happen.

Did Cory ever begin his domination of the light middleweight division?

I guess a razor thin win over Karmazin the same Karmazin whos face was punched in by Alex Bunema  and beating the great Rodney Jones who claim to face is beating Antonio Margarito when the dude has like 6 fights.
