Yep wasn't happy he took this fight and not shocked...i really hope he stops now cos he's harming himself and he was once a fantastic domestic operator. He's shot to pieces now and has been for 2 years now.
Was a pretty pointless fight. They must have offered him a decent payday to go to the kids hometown but it was evident in his fights against Appleby and Marsh he had little left to give.
Pity about it. When Hughes beat him over 8 rounds he should have known it was over for him. Fair enough decking him in a rematch and getting revenge but he should have left it here. He's only tarnishing a very solid record now. Surely he has a few quid put by and can retire now
I remember being really geared up for the Hunter & Pickering fight a few years ago on paper it was set for a great clash of styles
