Pivot?

    i rarely see this in fights who should i watch for to see the pivot alot?

    ive seen it used quite alot
    cant just spit a name out like

    Pivot/changing weight when punching.
    It should be happening constantly.
    However, it should appear very suttle, except of course when you miss.
    Pivot, changing weight, using your legs should all be in sync when punching, shadow boxing etc.
