    Nogs only 31.But his got the face of a 100 year old man with all those tramlines. Its a dam shame he wasnt a boxer.This guy could take more punishment than a prime Jake LaMotta.

    for real...the guy is in his 30's and looks older than couture , looks like he's in his 50's or something...that guy ate too many punches , knees , kicks...not to mention dangerous slams (from a guy of the size of sapp) , hammer fists...etc...

    He took a serious pounding vs Sapp.God knows how he does ti but the fat lady is singing loudly.

    He has a few more fights left in him. The only guy I can think of beating him is Andrei Arlovski, and if he comes in as his boring timid self then he'll lose that one as well.
