Does anyone else get these/is it anything to be worried about? I get them after sparring sometimes, especially if I get hit hard (not exactly shocking) and since I'm a heavyweight with mediocre defense that tends to happen. They don't last for days or anything, no dizziness and stuff like that either, just headaches until I fall asleep but then are gone come morning.

I should point out that I also usually spar in the evening so I don't think they'd last all day if I sparred in the morning.

I used to have these too, they should be less likely to come after a while, but make sure to always stay hydrated

Completely normal and nothing to worry about mate. You'll get used to it after a while and the best way to even prevent such headaches is to...master the art of hitting without being retaliated on.

I gave one of my partners concussion with a left hook (hit him on the top of the head), he took a few days off on advice of the doctor.

Thanks guys, I wasn't too worried about this since they were lasting for such a short time but it's still a bit of a relief.

Probably from wearing your body down like a hard work out, eat well and stay hydrated.
