Is there any weight training that would help develop explosiveness?

If so, does anyone have a link or can anyone post one here.

    Thanks.

There is no set workout for anything, your best off looking up exercises that help in the area you want to improve and then combine them and creating your own workout.

explosiveness as in quickness and power.

I know you can do plyometrics, but i'm wondering if there's any exerices with weights isntead of clap push-ups for example.

Join an Olympic Weightlifting club so you learn the proper usage of Snatch and Clean-movements (or try to learn them on your own). There's really nothing like it in terms of developing explosive power because of the complex and fast neural firing rate developed by it because of the great demands it puts on the C/P-nervous system.

    Plyometrics and ballistics.

Olympic lifts and/or variations of them (power snatch and power cleans).

1/2 rep Max work on powerlifts.

Increase the weight of your heavy bag gradually.
