'Pretty' is an unusual word to use to describe punches, especially when their intent is to break bones, but some shots in history have been so beautifully executed, so perfectly timed and with such perfect contact that we marvel at how 'pretty' they looked.

Ray Robinsons ko of gene fulmer, just so perfect.
Bob fitzsimmons title winning left hook to the body of Corbett (which even with the grainy hundred year old footage is as perfect a left hook as ive seen)
Marciano's ko of Walcott, one of the most beautifully thrown rights in history how could weight be transferred any better?

    what are your favourites?

Not sure i would call it "Pretty" but it was pretty damn effective - and Timely - Julian Jackson's KO of Herol Graham (Maybe "Picturesque" ?? )

Muhammed Ali's Double right hand KO of Zora Folly may well qualify as Pretty !

Donald Curry's left hook to the jaw of Milt McCrory in the 2nd round, which effectively ended the bout although he did get up. But it was sweeeet!

Was just gonna put Jackson-Graham. Good call.

As much as I hate to admit it but Douglas and that uppercut that almost took Mike's head off was possibly the best uppercut I've ever seen. And Roy Jones exacting some revenge on Montell Griffin landed a mint uppercut as well.

Oh Yes, one shot that sticks in my mind, was the Left of Joe Frazier that first put Bob Foster down, No, Not the devestating KO Left Hook, But that Little 6" - 9" Little Hook that first introduced Bob to the Canvas, It was Almost a concise Jab with a bit of Curve on it, Nice Shot.

I know I've posted this before, but for those who haven't seen it... Ricardo Lopez' counter uppercut against Edito Villamor.

Got to 30:40 if you don't have patience for the previous 7 rounds.

Check out 2:46 on this vid. Alexis Arguello against Ray Mancini. A beauty of a right two rounds before he stopped Ray for keeps.

Ray Robinson double handed attack/upper-cut(s) to finish off Olson in the 3rd bout still amazes, I've pretty much never seen anybody else do that!

Naz had some great 1-punch KO's, Tyson against Holmes: jab,jab BANG!

So many...Ali's 1-2 against Williams as he dances backwards is spesh also.

We could go all day with Arguello. I would add the beautiful scorcher that he hit Rooney with...or the decapitator that Pryor somehow shugged off.
