I know it's early days with Price, and I'd go with Chisora purely on experience, but Price looks pretty good in British HW terms. Who wins? Just for fun after tonight's victory.
Price isn't anywhere near ready yet for a fit and in condition Chisora. Price hits hard at least at domestic level but Chisora has a good chin and may walk through Price. Price doesn't have an inside game or the ability to tie an opponent up when an opponent gets inside. Until he learns this any big, strong durable opponent will pose a serious threat because even the best boxers at some point will find an opponent who is able to get in close now and again.
Nice analysis. Would you agree that had Chisora been in shape (like he was in Helsinki), he would have beaten Fury last year? I think Chisora gave the Fury fight away through abysmal conditioning.
let Price face guys like Chisora, if he does and proves himself, he'll go far, just hope his promoters don't **** up his career like those of Deontay Wilder are doing
Tyson Fury is nothing. The smart move would be to go after Mitchell or Arreola. Price needs exposure in the USA. Today's fight wasn't even shown. Plus, a win over either of those guys would instantly put him in the top ten, where he probably belongs by now.
The $$$$ for him is in Europe though. I think he would likely take Fury in a 12 rd fight. Two shaky chins, both afraid to duke it out. Although I'd say both will hit the canvas at some point. When he gets past Fury, I think he should fight other weaker chinned fighters like Dimitrenko, possibly Mormeck(if he's still alive after March). Those are his bigger $$$ fights. If he's still around after facing those guys for local titles, maybe he can meet an American like Wilder, Mitchell, Arreola, or even Welliver for something on the world level.
Chisora would be too much for him at this stage, I like the look of Price though but he needs a couple more fights and rounds under his belt
