does anyone know whats happened with this, on virgin it was cheaper to get a primetime ppv than a sky one. I just checked to see if the fight is on there yet and its says it now costs £14.95 and is on sky. Anyone know if this is just a **** up by virgin or have sky bought the rights?

They show fights at different prices depending on importance. Froch fights are £15, things like Klitschko's world heavyweight bout were a 10er, other super 6 bouts are 7? soemthing like t5hat.

maybe not, but end of the day, fat mick is a **** for not at least gettnig this on something accesible for uk viewers, like itv/sky. unless you are a failry big boxing fan, your boxing casual aint gonna buy this.
Mick is doing carl a disservice in terms of not getting him exposure/coverage in the prime of his career.
it winds me the **** up. Even maloney gets on sky every now and then.

agree, but the whole super 6 tournie is tied up with showtime.. the uk primetime channel is just a derivative of it.

Thought I'd have a quick midnight wank to the Television X preview before bed the other day (my pc is ****ed and cant be going on YouPorn.com on the Mrs' work laptop!) and what was showed? Primetime advertising Holyfield vs Botha.

    Instant boner killer.

    Am I right in thinking Froch-Direll was £5.95 ?

I'm probably one of the few who bought Holyfield-Botha card. It was better value for money than the Haye-Ruiz or Klitschko-Chambers bull****.

it's still a gay situation. When carl fought taylor, delayed coverage on ITV. Not good enough mick. I accept primetime is all part of the deal, but some sort of tie up could have been made with itv or some terretrial channel for at least the fight to shown the morning after the fight takes place. I don't claim to know the inns and outs of t.v. deal and promotional deals, but it just seems to me that mick doesn't have as much savvy as other promotors in terms of delivering them to the right audience etc.

by the way, has any one else noticed how we can slag mick to **** on here, and nothing happens, but when we speak about alleged, you fear a ban?
